About Me
- Welcome to the Southwest District of the United Methodist Church.
- I am Dr. Pat Sparks. We have built this site to assist you in finding information on churches in the Southwest District. While many of our churches have web sites you can access through this site or the conference web site, some of our smaller churches do not have web access yet. We have posted as much information as possible on our 54 churches throughout this blog. Scroll through the posts to find photos, history, worship times and church activities along with some of the latest articles our ministers have written. For a full listing of our churches you may also go to http://www.txcumc.org to access our Texas Annual Conference Home Page. Once there, click on "Districts" on the left - it is the fourth item under "About Us" - then choose Southwest from the listing you find in blue lettering in the center of the next screen.
